2. Confirm price and terms
We normally reply within two business days. For a purchase, we agree on the price and transfer process. For a lease or lease-to-own arrangement, we agree on the term, monthly payment, renewal conditions, permitted use, and any purchase option before documents are signed.
3. Sign and complete secure payment
Rayofla Kft. provides the final agreement, invoice or payment instructions in writing. Depending on the transaction, payment may be handled through Rayofla Kft.’s business payment account, a recognized escrow service, or another mutually agreed secure method.
4. Transfer or activate the lease
After cleared funds and signed documents, an outright purchase moves to registrar transfer. A lease begins according to the agreement, with DNS control or forwarding configured for the approved use.

- The domain is transferred to your registrar account using the standard authorization process.
- Registrar, payment, escrow, tax, or transaction fees are stated or allocated before closing.
Leasing and lease-to-own
- The domain remains under the portfolio owner’s control during the lease, with Rayofla Kft. administering the agreement.
- Your permitted use, payment schedule, renewal rules, suspension rights, and default provisions are defined in the agreement.
